Support Request¶

If you are having a problem or have a general question about your account with the Center for Quantitative Life Sciences or the Wildwood HPC cluster, please submit a Service Now help request

Software requests and support requests were previously separated in two support queues. For now, please submit both support and software requests to the Service Now helpdesk at the link above.

When filling out the form, select "Research Computing" for Service.
